Would you like to discover the Costa Brava from a kayak?

We will take you paddling along the coast walk known as Camino de Ronda beside the towns of Playa de Aro and S ‘Agaró.

We have several trips scheduled each day depending of the time of the year. You can chose the one that best fits you, however, we recommend the early kayak tour for those who initiate in sea kayaking or want to enjoy calmer sea and wind conditions. It is also the best time for families with kids to enjoy the experience to the fullest. All our trips have a stop for snorkeling, swiming or simply enjoy the landscape while relaxing in a beatiful beach of the Costa Brava.

The activity begins with a breaf explanation on the basics of kayaking and sea navigation, enough to folow the tour safely. We will then leave the Nautical port of Playa de Aro and will head southward following the Camino de Ronda, the coast walk that go across all the Costa Brava.

During the tour, the guide will tell you interesting facts about the environment and culture of the place, while our kayaks glide through calm coves with transparent waters. We will pass through places such as El Mirador de S’Agaró or Cala Pedrosa.

To cap it all, we will stop to jump from the kayak, put our snorkel equipment on and observe the wonders of this corner of the Mediterranean sea with its fishes, little invertebrate animals, algae and the rich rocky seabed comunity of wildlife that inhabits Costa Brava region.

The kayak excursion includes:

Difficulty: easy, ideal for the whole family and groups of friends, from 7 years old accompanied by adults.

We recommend though the early trip for those who initiate in sea kayaking or families with kids, as the weather conditions are usually calmer. The instructor will decide the course and trajectory of the tour at the time of departure depending on weather conditions.

Duration: 2 hours aproximately

Important: It is essential to be able to swim to participate in water activities.

There is a parking lot for a fee nearby our facilities if needed.

If you have your own snorkel equipment, you can bring it!

Additionally it is advisable to wear some water shoes in order to move through the rocky seabed confortably.

The tour will start as scheduled, so we recommend to come with time in advance to get ready.
