Do you want to discover the
Costa Brava from a kayak?
Come with us and we’ll take you paddling along the coastal path of Playa de Aro and S’Agaró.
We have several departures scheduled each day, depending on the date. You can choose the time that best suits you. During the summer season, we recommend the early departures for those new to kayaking, as these times offer better sea and wind conditions.
This activity is also perfect for families looking for a different and relaxing morning. All trips include a stop for snorkeling, observing the seabed, and enjoying the surroundings of the Costa Brava.
Before we begin
The excursion begins with an introduction to basic kayaking techniques, enough to be able to follow the route without difficulty.
We set off from the facilities on the beach next to the port of the Club Nàutic de Platja d’Aro.
After crossing Sa Conca beach, we started following the coastal path.
During the route
The setting is spectacular:
- Quiet coves
- Rock formations
- Unique corners
- Natural viewpoints such as the S’Agaró viewpoint
- Areas like Cala Pedrosa
It is an excursion designed to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace.
Snorkel Stop
To complete the experience, we make a stop to snorkel and observe the seabed with the help of our masks.
You can choose between:
- Classic snorkel mask
- Panoramic vision mask
The excursion includes
- Guide
- Equipment needed for the excursion (kayak, paddle, snorkel mask)
- Life jacket
- Waterproof bag for personal items
- Motorboat support (if needed)
- Neoprene (if required)
- Liability and accident insurance
Important information
- Difficulty: Easy, suitable for the whole family and groups of friends
- Activity suitable for ages 7 and up (accompanied by an adult)
- We recommend early departures for those new to sea kayaking
- The instructor decides the course and route according to the sea and wind conditions
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours
- Must know how to swim
- About 100 m from our facilities, facing the sea, there is a parking area for cars (blue zone).
- You can bring your own snorkeling equipment if you wish.
- We recommend water shoes if you want to walk comfortably through rocky areas.
- The activity starts promptly according to the scheduled time. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early.
