Sailing in winter!
Why do most people look incredulous when you propose to go sailing during the winter months?
Even on colder days with a hat, gloves and a jacket we can enjoy sailing along the Costa Brava and enjoy Platja d’Aro in a different way.
Having the whole sea to ourselves, with the little marine traffic of this time, also has its advantages. The marine fauna is closer to the coast and the chances of sighting cetaceans such as dolphins and even some swordfish increase!
At Set Sail Costa Brava, the sailing school of the Club Nàutic Port d’Aro, we work to bring the sea and sail closer the people. In this way, we offer the opportunity to go sailing on the Club’s sailboat, a FURIA 28. You decide if you want to enjoy the views or also learn sailing concepts, the important thing is to SET SAIL!
